Ok so I'm building a computer and my gtx 780 came through today, I am awaiting for case and it says it supports PCI cards of up to 290mm and I measured the card to be 290mm-ish, so will it fit?
Case: Zalman Z12 Plus
Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Superclocked

it looks like you would be able to take out the hard drive cage if it didnt fit normally
but usually the cases that are release are able to fit reference and dual fan cards

If I had a 780 I'd at least want a higher end case to cover it.
but it should fit without the hard drive cages.

I totally feel you, but I liked the price and window, so if it's bad I can always upgrade

this is true, although it would be a pain to change out cases after a few years
