How do you add the N. Yankton plate on vehicles? Or which option is it in the drop down box..?

There is not on the editor. Pubs has post on here that has a game save on it. Otherwise you must use hex to edit it.

Make sure your NET. Framework is running 3.5 and the tool is updated to the latest version which I believe is 2.0.0.9
