Ok so I installed LockHTML3 and after i installed it said Reboot device so i did, then during reboot it got stuck on apple screen, so i uninstalled it but everytime i turn off my phone and boot it, it gets stuck again so I am forced to boot into safe mode. What is wrong?

When you install tweaks, and other things, there are sometimes needed essentials it downloads along with it. So you need to go to manage>packages>and click out of simple view and find the package(s) that it may have downloaded with it, and remove it/them.
