I am looking for a new PC that would be good enough to edit a lot of videos on. The one i currently have is just too slow.
I was looking at a Mac Mini as i dont have loads of space but i dont know enough about computers to know if this is good enough.
Any suggestions on other PC's welcome

For limited video editing (especially in iMovie) it might be fine, but for regular video editing of complex projects in Final Cut Pro X you might not have much fun. (Many tasks in FCPX including using Motion are designed to offload tasks to a GPU when possible so any Mac with a discrete video card will be appreciably faster).

"The Mac Mini" Erm what one?
The i5 or i7 version?
But it will do what you want it to do easily. Just make sure you get a decent amount of RAM.

The i5 will do everything the i7 can, just a little slower.

The Mac Mini is a badass computer for daily computing tasks; and I would recommend it because of it's impressive dimensions.

There are several versions of the Mac Mini so it would be better for you to tell us specifically which one you have and even post the specs if you can.
We will be able to give you a more precise answer with that knowledge.

Flash isn't going to run well in the first place. For the rest of those things the Mini should be fine.
