So.. I If i changed my gamertag to "inappropriate" content.. and they change it because of it... do you get to pick a new one for free? Or are they stealing $10?

Do you know when this will be? Because as soon as i got on and realized that it was changed, i went to change gamertag and it tried to charge me $10

Honestly I hate how people think Microsoft is a company that enjoys being unfair or talking money. Of course they would give you a free name change.

Well, most people feel this way because of a bad experience with Microsoft. I had a friend who cancelled his subscription to Xbox Live, because he no longer payed, and they continued billing him until he finally noticed and made a call to their support to have it officially cancelled. Little things like this bug people, and that essentially is stealing because when you cancel it, obviously you don't want the payment to keep reoccurring.

When your banned for having a bad GT it won't let you play at all it will take you to where you change your GT but it won't charge you any money

It made me redownload my profile, and it was already changed... by microsoft themself. it even said so in an email.
