Yes this sound's and looks like a brick our the need for the use off a nandx. if it isnt reponding to the commands the controller is sending our lighting up then you will have to get a new jtag our get the recovery nand manually reflashed by probing it directly to the motherboard

Console can't be bricked. I shipped it out fine, and as he stated, he did nothing to it other than opening the box. I already told him to try removing all storage and try booting and trying AV cables. I also told him to look through the top vent and tell me if he can see the green debug light on the CR blink. If so, then it will boot. If not, i'll assume something went wrong during shipping, and like I said, I'll pay for return shipping and fix it free of charge. There are certain times when things don't go too smooth during shipping

try another TV and if that does not work then its bricked, also try turning on and off.

I have the exact same problem with my Falcon RGH1, bought from a seller on another site. They wouldn't refund or repair it because they said I bricked it.

All i did was turn it on, format a USB to put some game son it, I went out, came back in, turned the RGH on, and It wouldn't boot, at all. Its been left on for 20 Minutes etc.

After I while I gave up, using it as a door stopper right now. Anyone wanna do a repair and not charge me 50 for a full RGH install?

It sounds like it's bricked, but try calmly contacting the seller. It could've been a bad NAND flash which isn't necessarily too bad. Just more shipping time.
