Hey guys I have somehow got the page for the FBI message about doing something illegal and you need to send money. I honestly can't boot my pc into safe mode. If anyone out there can help me I will try my best to reward you. Also my pc is working fine and I am scared its on here.

You can boot to a flash drive with an OS and an anti virus on it and then remove it that way.
