Idk whats wrong with my xbox but i have installed the latest dash and went over step by step instructions that devon gave me without missing a step and installed the latest dash successfully along with the plugins he gave me and in the correct order and my xbox freezes when it loads up on the boot logo whenever i try to get on XBLSE i believe the last time i checked, when i delete the Launch.ini or the XBLSE.xex my xbox boots up normally. I have already tried using a fresh Launch.ini before someone says i should try that.
Any suggestions, or just an insight of whats wrong with the xbox?

I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with your NAND. Just make sure the plugin is set as your first plugin in your launch.ini and try again, and make sure you have dashlaunch 3.11 installed
