Okay so for the past 3 months my Xbox always kicks me offline. I don't know what's wrong with it but I can't even play any games online. I get on and it kicks me off within 5 minutes. I know it's not my internet because my computer is fine. Any ideas?

Maybe you have a suspended membership. What happens is you don't pay for gold and they suspend your account to not only not having gold but being completely offline all you have to do is but a 3 month prepaid card and contact MS support and tell them " I have a suspended gold membership and i purchased a prepaid card and want to redeem it. " This is what happened to me my paypal had $0.00 in it and i forgot to turn off auto-renewal lol. Now my paypal is suspeneded.

Mine is doing that right now. I don't know the problem seeing that my computer is working and my wifi is. I disconnected both to see if it was dragging to much but it's not that cause it still doesnit. I have a renewable payment option so I'm not suspended from Xbox in anyway. I get on gta 5 and as soon as it shows the Rockstar logo it disconnects me and I can't sign back in until I am loaded up. And I sign in and I go to online and it brings me up and disconnecs me within about 2 seconds. I dont know what the problem is cause I tried resetting the router, disconnecting all other items, it just won't seem to stay online.

I sign on xbox live and get on Ghosts. When I get on the menu I click to play online and it kicks me off and says I have been disconnected. My account isn't expired I just added a year to my account. I know it has to do with my Xbox itself
