i went to game got a refund then got the game again brand new and ive tryed re-installing it and nothing someone please help !

You need to shut off xbox not stand by mode restart xbox it will load to green load up screen and you game will work.when your leave it on stand by mode the system gets bloated kinda like windows on a pc well older os not shure if it does it on win 8 .should be fixed when the system update comes out.
