Put Ghosts on your harddrive then you're done ... ?
I'm getting the impression that you really don't know what you're doing with your console. You can't install things to xex menu, xex menu just displays files that are on your harddrive/usb and will allow you to run .xex files.

You know what i mean, when you install disc THROUGH xex menu then if thats how you put it. I installed all my other games its just that ghosts comes with 2 discs so when you install it i didnt know if i needed both or just one etc...

I haven't done it myself, but try ripping both discs in separate folders, then moving the content folder (should be named 415608FC) from the install disc in to Hdd:\0000000000000000\.
Should work, although I'm sure there are easier ways.
