well we have had 4th players in the past who can communicate, problem is they werent performing like we needed. I am looking for guys who have proven MLG experience (hence the under 100k rank limit) and if they meet our qualifications, we invite them to tryout. If things go smoothly and the team meshes well, we move forward with him.

We're not in the business of taking chances on a guy and teaching him the game, we want experience here and talent, just like us. THAT will make a team good.
