Do you get an error message that they failed to save or are the mods just not there when you load the save on Dead Island?
Im not getting anything when I go to load it on the console.

You may have skipped a step then. Make sure you import it back into your flash drive after you save it with the editor, and rehash and resign.

You just put the save_0 in there. If you're following all the steps correctly and it's still not working, you may want to try a different version of the editor or contacting the developer of the editor.
