Is your powerbricks led orange or red?

If red you have a short circuit somewhere on your board and shorting the nand will do nothing for it.

If orange possible shorting the nand will fix it but you may need to write xell and get the cpu key and then find a donor nand to insert the cpu key into and write to your nand.
