Search a guy on YouTube "JBTech17". He has videos on some really good iOS 7 jailbreak tweets that I have to my 5s. Some of them thought you have to pay for but if you have this source which is called "repo.biteyourapple.net" you can get them for free though there.

All the good sources and tweaks should already be added on cydia by default. You just need to find ones you like.
