Yes you need a jtag to host lobbies, you have to put the patch on the game after downloading it onto your jtag and then you can choose to infect yourself on older games or you can go online and host lobbies.

that kinda sucks then I dont mind buying one But I was just wandering cause some people tell me that you could do it on USB but i guess its for split screen only I am not good with Jtag and I am hoping someone could show me the basics

No you need a JTAG and if you are going to buy a J-Tag just to host lobbies, it's totally not worth it! There's so much more you can do with it

i do not have a brain at the moment It died out on me when I was in class today learning codex for programing in college ugh head hurts lol and thank you for the help
