Im having a problem with my cod ghosts on the xbox one.... after the loading menu it just goes to a black screen?? Someone please help!

I had the same exact problem, what I did was I unplugged every cord from my xbox and let it sit for a couple minutes, than I plugged them back in a started up ghosts... I dont really know another way but my friend had the same problem and it was his xbox not the disk.

ill try that but all my other games work so i dont think it could be the xbox
