Thank you. I tried experimenting with scars and it ended up looking over the top, but I think I could find the correct balance somehow.

Lay back on the noise a little bit.

Make the skin more grayish.
Make the hair paler.
Make the eyebrow less arched, and lowered a bit, so she looks angry.
Make some strands of hair coming out, so it doesn't look too neat.

Make her hair black, crawling with spiders?

Uhm, cracks in the skin looks scary.
