Case- raidmax 402WB <already bought
Mobo- ASUS P8z77-v lk <already bought
CPU- i5 3570k
RAM- 4gb of gskill ram
DVD Drive- blu ray drive
SSD- 32GB for OS
OS- 64bit windows 7
HDD- 1tb WD
PSU- Corsair 500cx <already bought
GPU- ? IDK NEED HELP DONT WANNA SPEND OVER 200 BUT WANNA RUN GAMES ON HIGH/ULTRA

If you won't be getting an aftermarket cooler, you could save money and get a locked i5 like the 3350P.
If you don't plan to use Blu-Rays (this is 2014 and physical media is dead), BR drives are pricey so I wouldn't bother.
I'd suggest 8 GB of RAM instead of 4.
If you want a 200 GBP graphics card (assuming GBP is your currency), the 760 is the best at that price point.
