Some people invite me to party i can join sum icant always same ppl who i cant join . I send thm invites they get same message that says sorry cant connect to chat its annoying . Any ideas guys

Make sure your NAT, or your friend(s) NAT type is "Open."

If you have a NAT that's anything but open, trying to join someone else who doesn't have an open NAT type, will completely just screw you out of joining people's parties.

Try having a different friend host the party instead, to see if its connectivity issues between you and your friend.
