There are too many to list really.

My personal one's would be:

Shawshank Redemption
Christopher Nolan Batman trilogy.
The Godfather 1 & 2
Pulp Fiction
Dollars trilogy
Lord of the Ring trilogy
Fight Club
Se7en
Silence of the Lambs
Usual Suspects

and many, many more.

There really is too much to list, and too much to remember. Pretty much any movie by Tarantino and Scorsese is awesome.
