I've been trying to get a modded car online through single player, but every time i try the method nothing works.

Method:

Whenever I do this, step by step, no matter what happens my online character always spawns in his apartment even though i set it so he'll spawn at the last location. Whenever I go online after attempting the glitch, I get a message on the bottom left saying something about rockstar servers are down and can't save game play at the moment or something?

Is this patched, or are their cloud saves actually down?

After you set your spawn location in options, go to single player so it actually saves that spawn. Once in single player return to multiplayer and your spawn will be set.

Do i need to be at the location of the p&s to set my location, or can i do it anywhere and it'll save the settings?

You can be anywhere you want, as long as you follow my steps.

xbox is always freezing when gta loads something now
