This happens to me sometimes, I usually just try a different browser, reset my router, or wait for it to fix itself.

Stop using internet explorer PERIOD. Try refreshing it or use chrome

Your browser isn't downloading the html page from the server all the way. Try reloading the page or try updating your browser/using a different browser. Your internet connection can also be a factor

It means your shockwave is crashing. Just close it out and re open the browser. Mine did that today too
