so recently i came across an original xbox 360 via a friend of mine i would like to modify it and see if i can host some lobbies or something. just trying to learn. where should i start i know it has the latest update.

you probably just wanna usb mod. if you want to host online games though you should just by a rgh xbox/ jtag. and learn how to code to create your own mods

Try looking on YouTube on how to RGH your xbox or even flash it.

I'd suggest going on craigslist and look up flashing xbox service. It will allow you to get every game for like 5-10$
