IM LOOKING to buy a new router to give me great connection towards my xbox. i have connected:

2 Pc
2 gaming Consoles
4 Phones

2 smart Tv's

Price range to spend: $150 to about $175 tops

I need a router that will not Lag or discount at dumb times. I also have Optimum Internet.

What would be the best to purchase that will satisfy me and for me to have no video/ stream lag with buffering also.

Please Post below, ill even Rep people that give me stratifying choices!


also or should i just get my own router/ modem for my personal stuff that i only use not my family. Would that be a better choice?

We measure the performance of each router in five separate locations starting with the Bedroom in a spot 10 feet away from the router with no obstructions. The next test takes place in the Dining Room 15 feet from the router and separated by two walls, followed by the Entryway with 20 feet and three walls of separation.
