I have windows 8 already ready to be installed on a USB, but i have a 1 TB External HDD that i want to install Windows 8 to and use that primarily. There's no Internal Drive, so i really need a way to make Windows 8 think the External Drive is the Internal Drive..

Yes, USB 3.0
Keep in mind that I don't have BIOS on my Desktop, only UEFI.

UEFI is a BIOS, its just a more expandable GUI than the traditional two tone basic ones.
Yes you probably could install it on a external drive, but i wouldn't recommend it as the transfer speeds through the USB controller may not be fast enough and may even cause hangs or other instability. A lot of externals use normal desktop drives inside a caddy and you may find if you take yours apart a normal drive is in there for you to use as an internal one should you wish to.
If you are worried about doing that, I would google your model of drive and see if anyone has opened their caddy to see which type of drive is in there.

I don't know if this will work but you might be able to remove you internal and install windows 8 on the hard drive that way? or there might be a place to chose were you can install the files etc.
