Right my disk drive doesn't work, but I can copy games across to my hdd, now how the hell do I extract it to xex menu?

Lol you can't.
You have to have the disk in and then go into FSD and then DVD extract which rips all the files that you usually see.
Maybe you can move it to your computer and then use Xbox 360 ISO extract to rip the files.
