I kept stupidly moving money in and out of my Paypal account, so it got limitations put in(keep in mind iv'e had this account for 3+ years and it has been fully verified for a long time). I am limited to EVERYTHING. i can send money, receive money, close my account, or anything. all i can do is log in, and that's about it. it says these limitations cannot be reversed. But here's the main problem, i have $30 in there!? t wont let me do anything with it considering the limitations, how do i get my money back, they cant just take it?!

Do you have any idea on how the account got locked? I would suggest you call them up and see why. I would also ask if you can have the money back that is stuck in there.

That's probably your best bet. I'm assuming they have to give your money back, since it is rightfully yours, even though you used false information.

I am assuming you made the account when your age was not legal for a Pay-Pal account? They automatically stop you from spending your money if found. That is what i think.

If it says that your account limitation cannot be appealed, that means you will have to wait around 6 months before the money will be eligible for a withdraw.
You will also no longer be able to create a PayPal under the identity you used for this one.

No they don't.
You agreed to their TOS which states they can limit your account without giving a reason.
It also states there is a hefty waiting period before being able to withdraw.

Honestly, the best thing to do is to contact Paypal. They are the only people who could help you.
