If you are talking about getting the vehicle into online.

1. Go to online from single player and from there set you spawn location on "last location". Then drive to Los' Santos Customs. (preferably the main one)
2. Go back to story and make sure the car you want in online is in michaels garage.
3. Go back to online once again and go into a invite only session.
4. From there you want to get a random cheap car off the road and drive it into LSC.
5. Once in LSC you want to press start and go to the Xbox games store thing. On the loading screen where you are going up into the sky disconnect you wifi/router. whatever.
6. It will say something about you must be signed in blah blah blah and make you go back to story.
7. From there get the car you want to bring into online and drive to LSC and dont drive all the way in. Just drive where your hood of your car in in the building.
8. Reconnect to Xbox live and go into a invite only session and boom the car from story is still stuck in the LSC entrance and you can get in it.

some1 messed up it dont have to be only micheals garege could be trevors ive set up 5 cars in each of the story mode players garage i just do the steps then pick a player go to there garage and do the rest wala i got the car from any story mode character
