Alright how do i install a mod menu to cod4 and use it whenever but what if i want to go back to just regular cod 4 what do i do?

When you download a menu the download will consist of a patch_mp.ff and a default_mp.xex (not all downloads come with the default_mp.xex)

You simply copy and paste both files into your COD 4 directory.

If you wish to have the game go back to normal, simply get the legitimate patch_mp.ff and default_mp.xex file and copy and paste them into your directory.

You will have to see if you can find a download to one, some menus will come with the default_mp.xex, most of the one from youtube should come with both files.

It will need a modified default_mp.xex to launch the modded file, the regular file that comes with the game won't work.
