Just mod it in yourself.

Go on the mod tool, swap a car in Michaels garage to trevors truck and the click 'Advanced Options' then change 'Body Style' to 255.

No you can't put teddy's on other cars.

The way it works is that a number corresponds to a part. such as you want the first spoiler on the elegy, so you put number 1 in the spoiler part.
