Why would you unmodify it when you could sell it for alot of $ and just buy a cheap non-modified console

I dont want to, im not planning on to, I have no reason to. This was ALL just curiosity. I never really thought if it was possible so I was curious.

There are a lot of people on here that have no clue lol... Yes you can just unsolder everything and flash back to stock NAND as said like 3 times. The reason people say you can unban it by rghing it is you can flash a new kv. But you can't flash the stock NAND with the new kv. If you want to unban it, it's forever going to be an rgh if you want a stock image it'll forever be banned.

No these kids don't know nothing about the RGH. once you solder the cool-runner on to the xbox, there no turning back. If you un-solder the chip the xbox will brick itself, since the cool-runner edited the original nand of the console to read Xell and once the xbox reads any un-signed code, then the console just brick itself.

The term brick is used lightly. It wouldn't boot until either the original NAND is flashed or the cool runner is soldered back in. And the coolrunner doesn't edit the NAND... It just basically used the CPU clock as a timer to make it think an unmodified boot loader is there to load the next one. Xebuild does the actual editing of the image.
