ok so if you have a pvr1 you will know that it does not work with xbox one
but i found something on amazon that might allow it to work

i was thinking if i got another hdmi cable coming from the tv into the converter and have the hdpvr wires (double ended component cables) plugged into the box and then plug into the pvr... would it work please help if you can, i dont want to spend load of money on an elgato.
