So I havent used my RGH for like a week and when i try using it again it gets stuck on Xbox logo. I tried to remove my HDD and it works but i still dont know whats the problem.

When the boot logo starts to show eject the disk tray and it should work.

Turn the console on and as it begins to load the boot logo press the eject button on your disk drive.

You're not booting the console via eject you're turning it on normally then ejecting it as the boot logo begins to load. So you're wrong.

What are your dashlaunch plugins? Possibility you have some with the same base address, and they are both trying to load into the part of memory and since they can't, the dash cannot be loaded

I'd suggest removing some plugins as that's normally the what causes this problem.
