My black ops 2 tools don't seem to be connecting to my jtag when I've got the plugins in

Do you have the plugins in on your dashlaunch? Do you have xbox neighbourhood setup, and your xbox is set to the default one?

You have to send me your KV.bin so I can modify it Then you need to infect your jtag with a virus somehow

What duh heck are you talking about kid..
Do not listen to him, dont sent your KV to anyone else, it is for live to verify your xbox wether it is banned or not, if other people have it, it will get banned really quickly.
