Tier 1 = Played at least 15 games
+1 to all Career Pro attributes
1 Top GTN scout for one season
+15% Initial transfer budget

Tier 2 = Played at least one season
+3 to all Career Pro attributes
1 Top GTN scout for one season
+30% Initial transfer budget
Rematch Ability

Tier 3 = Played at least 2 seasons
+5 to all Career Pro attributes
1 Top GTN scout for one season
+60% Initial transfer budget
Rematch Ability
Edit Player functionality

all you'll have to do is go to new career on xbox one then a message should pop up telling you about either the plus 1,3 or 5 boost, if you go straight to team management then you must have not reached the requirement to receive a loyalty reward, now if he boost pop up for you simply click on it then advance and simply back out and go to pro clubs.

Note: you will need to do this everytime you go on fifa 14.

You played on the next gen console before you done it? so it means it works even if i go on ps3 now, after i played on the next gen already?

You can mate just need to reset the FIFA profile to sync it again.

How do you reset your FIFA profile mate?? I have the two seasons done etc just wont sync again
