Project Goodbye isnt opening for me. It just doesn't open and im on Neighborhood

Does it give you any errors?

Maybe you are on the wrong .net framework...

No errors at all. I click to open and it and the load wheel icon just spins around and goes away

Nope no antivirus. and firewall is off as well

Update your .NET Framework if you haven't already. Usually when this happens to me it is because I have a terrible computer.
