Their is no excuse to why you got banned, as Microsoft believes in Zero Tolerance. Which means if you didn't read the Rules, TOS, or Code of Conduct it is 100% your fault. Also Cussing can be considered Harassment(at a certain extent) if their person on the receiving end or one that hears it fells, Threaten, Verbal Violated, Verbally neglected/Abused, Or just feels uncomfortable. Which is not only against the code of conduct but is also illegal. If you believe this was of wrong doing you must contact them immediately, but to me this seems as you got what was coming and was 100 against Policies.

The reason they're banning people is because they know little kids are still playing it. My nephew is 8 years old and he plays it. I have the One and I'd be pissed if I got banned too but there are ways to avoid it like party chat. Besides, you're lucky you didn't get banned forever like some kids, 15 days really isn't that long if you have other games to play or just find something else to do instead.

Glad I'm sticking with the previous gen. consoles.
And yes, it is taking away our freedom of speech. But, that amendment is the most faulty lie out of all of them.
On top of getting banned off the game, you can also get banned even for 'cursing' in Skype... With friends. Or even in local games with friends/family at your house. I never knew I had to be babysat by a surveillance console.

Microsoft has always been questionable about certain bans. But banning an adult on a mature game is ignorant.

When I'm playing NBA 2k14 and I say some foul words why don't I get T'ed up? I only hear about this and have seen a video but it has not happened to me yet and I say a lot of S**t.
