I knew of one but it may have been fixed.

IDevice with a jailbreak and ifile are needed.

Open cookie clicker then click the home button and then remove from multi tasking

open ifile:

/Var/Mobile/Applications/Cookie Clicker/Documents/cookiessave.plist

And then open with property list viewer and change the values of

cookieCount and cookieTotalCount To like 1,000,000,000 (no commas)
