im looking for one so i can do recoveries on all cods or were i can find a working one thanks

It's a decent Mw2 tool, and it's a tool made specifically for recoveries, so it's only stat editing and very few infections.
By the way the post and the title are asking for two different things. If you want tools for games higher than Mw2 then you'll need to be online, but right now I have recovery tools for all games except WaW, Cod4 and Ghosts. So if you need any more either post here or PM me and I'll upload them
