Yes, You need to add 2 Billion cash in the dead island tool and when you do find the cash and drop it, If your console freezes your doing something wrong

I have all that i have the wallets and everything but when i goto drop them i start to lag then my xbox freezes

You probably have too many items in your inventory or you're trying to give too much at a time, try giving $1 bil in each wallet and make sure you don't have over 250 items in your inventory.
