What is being fixed in this update? also will iso mods for 1.09 still work for 1.10?

Edit: or could be the update for Valentines day.

GTA V, about a minute ago I got an update from 1.09 to 1.10. There is nothing instantly noticable about this and rockstar hasn't updated their website :/. Also no new car, attire or weapon. And can't get ratloader still. Have no clue what's going on :|

If you press the select button you can now allow passengers only into car and a bunch of stuff check it out.
