To be honestly i am quite surprised they let you take pictures of it this close and this many. My base would NOT let me unless i get commanders approval since with all the classified stuff around.
But yet again, you are in Afghanistan, there isnt any rules there

Awesome pics btw, they're a beautiful machine, 30mm machine gun that can shoot up to 4,200 bullets per minute can make a guy cry of joy. Too bad they're going to retire soon.

That thing looks amazing. I try to see the Blue Angels here in Michigan every other year. My moms friend works at the air port that hosts the air show, so we get VIP bracelets every year. If the blue angels are not there, they bring out the fighter jets to make the show even better.


Great pics man. My girlfriend was in the Air Force for 3 1/2 years.

Sick mate I'm really liking the pictures. It makes great sense that your not allowed to take pictures of the cockpit due to all sorts of reasons.

If you fly that aircraft could you take a picture from inside the cockpit but looking over the country? So no controls
