I am looking to buy a J-Tag but I don't know where to buy them. I need a shop that ships to the US, and my budget is $100. I also pretty much know nothing about J-Tag's, so if anybody has a good guide to J-Tag's or something like that.

If you know nothing about a "j-tag", then I suggest that you don't buy one.
You don't even know how to spell a JTAG!
You will eventually brick it and then it would be more money to fix.
Not a good investment for you in my opinion.
And if your budget is 100 dollars, you had better start saving.

And if you know nothing... I would suggest studying up. Otherwise you'll brick it in a min. Watch xmoddedxwarfarex on youtube, his tutorials go over everything for noobs, and will give you a pretty good understanding of your Jtag/RGH.
