So I too am getting this message it is saying I have to create a temporary character and none of my progress will save. So is this a ban for people who have duplicated cars or is GTA online really down for everyone

So im guessing we can all agree its most likely a glitch due to the crashing of servers?

UPDATE ****

i got back online and nothing has changed from my money. i am going to check my cars and house now. This was just a glitch. As of now i am not sure if im in a cheaters pool or not.
