Forgot a movie title?
Describe a scene below of the movie title you forgot, and either myself or other members will try and figure out of the movie!

I only seen like 15 minutes of this film and it was ages ago but here goes - It's about a film crew that follows a serial killer around showing you what he does to set up his kills, like he does cardio and stuff like that. It's a mockumentary style and it's around 10 years old I would say Sorry it's not much to go on but its something.

There's a film that I can remember one scene from, near the beginning.
Sean Penn's daughter has just been killed, the police have found her body and he tries to get to her but loads of police men hold him back and he starts shouting and crying.
The only reason I remember that scene is because it was so well acted.
Anyone know the film?
Thank you.
I've been looking for this for a long time.
If anyone is wondering what scene I was describing, here:

Alright.
There's a guy who's been put on deathrow, and for his last meal he orders T-Bone steak and music. He gives it his cellmate but he smuggles the bone and stabs him in the throat with it.
