I recommend just sticking with your class or if you pass them up too much it will become boring.

Honestly, this is a false statement. If you find programming to be boring at anytime of doing so, then you do not enjoy coding nor want to learn. To become a somewhat decent/good programmer it involves practice and hard-work.
Nevertheless, you may want to check out TheNewBoston, he's quite an impressive guy.
There's a website just type it in Google.
