if i bought that would i be able to use my pvr on the xbox one.
i was thinking if if had a 2nd hdmi cable coming out of the tv into the converter, and then the pvr component cables from the converter to the pvr box, then hdpvr to the pc?
if you could help me or give me suggestions, i would be very thankful. thanks

Yes you can just hook it up correctly and it will work

Yes your PVR should be compatible with the Xbox One.
