So there is alot of scammers on this forum trying to just spam their friend so to make sure they are legit
1. they have valid proof
2.they dont say its a recovery and costs money
3.if they have skype so you can talk to them
4. They have more posts than 100 and are trusted seller
5.says im on a diiferent game be on the other game later like come on
6. if i says thats it like a bo2 online challenge
So i recommend is either buying a account that is being sold in a modded account shop.
because i have been scammed before and this should help.

you can sometimes find them on ttg or i recommend RJtag he is cheap and very nice hoster
