falling in your sleep is the product of you sleeping in an unfimiliar position or posture

Yeah instead of dieing you get adrenaline when this happens to me I wake up instantly and most times sweating.

I've also had it when something is going to hit you, like someone hits you with a pillow then just before impact you wake up. It is quite weird in my opinion.

This is a really strange theory, If this is true so many of "me" have died hah!

It happens to me sometimes i get woken up by it as well i just flinch/jerk and i wake up realize i'm okay and go back to sleep.

Interesting theory but weird..

I've actually haven't has one of these in a while but the last time that happened it wasn't fun. I hate the feeling of falling and no one knows exactly why it happens it just happens.

That happens to me quite often, I'll think I'm about to fall over and then I begin to fall and my leg just suddenly shoots out from under the covers.

I often have this, it's so horrible
